To further protect our clients' trademarks, we at MASNAD IP offer the Trademark Watch Services, The Trademark Watch Service Comprises a thorough screening of the Official Gazettes in Afghanistan on monthly basis to find trademarks similar or identical to those of our clients, after which a full report is provided in sufficient time for an opposition to be lodged.

MASNAD IP has also introduces the Trademark Infringement Services whereby local markets are surveyed for registered and unregistered marks imitating those of the owner. If the comprehensive searches lead to any such counterfeiting trademarks, a detailed report is provided.
